Hypertension, hypotension, cervical spondylopathy, stiff neck, etc.
[Acupoint Jiuquan] the joint between the front third and the middle third of the sole, the pit in the front of foot center, and between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals.
[Acupoint Neiguan] Hyperlipidemia
Meaning: Nei: medial Guan: Pass
Neiguan is at an important site on the medial aspect of the forearm, like a pass.
Point: PC6
Location:
On the palmar side of the forearm, 2 cun above the transververse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting Quze(PC3) and Daling (PC7), and between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis.
Functions:
1.Calm the Heart and Spirit (anxiety, insomnia).
2.Relax chest and regulate the qi ( move qi and blood in chest, chest pain, heart problems).
3.Suppress rebellious qi and stop vomiting.
4.Suppress pain (stomach pain, chest pain).
Indication:
1. Treat cardiac disorders: Cardiac pain, palpitations, oppression in the chest.
2. Treat psycho-emotional disorders: dizziness, insomnia, epilepsy, depression, fear, poor memory.
3. Stomach problems: Vomiting, hiccups, stomachache.
4. Local disorders: Spasm and pain in the elbow and arm.
